A Godsend

Hi! Just wanted you to know we adopted a beautiful red Doberman from you about a year and a half ago and she has been a Godsend. She is wonderful and loving and now that our children are all gone from home, she is our child. We love Snickers so much. We had a 12 year old fawn-colored Dobe who passed away with congestive heart failure and we had loved her so much we decided we just had to have another Dobe. My husband found you on the Internet and we came from South Dakota and got her. She is well-trained and listens. She goes everywhere with us, camping, walks, vacations, and rides. She kindly lets us sleep alongside her in her bed (Ha!) and allows us half the couch. My husband works nights and I feel perfectly safe alone with Snickers since I know she won't let any strangers in. She is our best friend, child and we wouldn't know what to do without her. She is excellent with our four grandchildren. One of my grandaughters and her mother lived with us for 3 months and she was so good with Jordan. She let her love her and crawl on her and really missed the grandaughter when they moved away. We would love to get her a friend but she seems a little wary of other dogs so we're not sure about that. If we decide to do that, you will be the first we contact. You all do wonderful work and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the wonderful job you did with Snickers. She will remain with us forever and thanks so much for such a wonderful, loyal, and beautiful friend! I hope the message gets out that these dogs are not mean and dangerous. Both our Dobes were sweet, loyal, smart, and big old lapdogs! Thanks again.
