I am doing so well in
my foster home. I love to play with my foster brother Zeus who weighs
130 pounds. We go out and play in the snow and don’t even worry about
the cold at all. We just enjoy ourselves. I am enjoying life without my
puppies and am content to know that they all have homes. I would like
to have a forever home as well. Here is what I can tell you about
myself:
I am about two years
old and my foster mom says I am precious. I am very sweet and just want
to be loved. When my coat recovers from my hard life I will live up to
my name in looks as well as in spirit. It is getting there slowly but
surely too!
I am fine with other
dogs when introduced properly but cats are not a good idea for me. I
would not only chase them but play very hard with them and may hurt one
without meaning to so no cats please!
I am crate trained and
house-broken and ride well in the car.
The
ideal family for me must possess good leadership skills because I am an
ambitious “take charge” girl. It would be better if I were taking
direction from my owners rather than giving it! I would do best in a
home with kids that are at the very least 10 years of age because I play
and play hard! I am eager to learn and would love to take direction and
training from a confident owner.
I did test a very very
weak heartworm positive and the vets advised that I be kept on
preventative for six months and rechecked. They think this may do the
trick.
